Have you ever heard of the Cashflow game? If you haven’t, please do some research on the web concerning this game and its creator, Robert Kiyosaki. Last Saturday I was privileged to attend an event in Philadelphia sponsored by FIVA Corp where various real estate investors played the game. Those who attended ranged from novice investors to seasoned veterans in the real estate game. Playing Cashflow was an eye opener for me. It showed me where my thinking ultimately is. I learned several things while playing:
1. Opportunities always arise
2. The market is always going up or down
3. Playing it safe gets you NOWHERE (correction: it doesn’t get you where you want to be)
4. Hoarding money means NOTHING! (Savings are for LOSERS- especially in today’s times where inflation is skyrocketing)
If you are interested in moving forward in your business endeavors remember these few tips:good fortune is right in front of your face, you have to take risks, plug up your ears to the naysayers and the news, and wealth is not in how much money is in the bank.
